The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from major attractions and surrounded by shops and restaurants. While the rooms were a bit challenging to find initially and some renovations were underway, the end result is promising with clean and cozy accommodations. The staff truly made my stay special, offering exceptional service that felt very personal. However, there were a few issues with the shower setup and difficulties with the lift at first.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring all the major attractions in Rome, and I loved how cozy and clean our room was.
